For two generations, Surf City Orthodontics has been creating stunning smiles and serving the Huntington Beach community. After growing up in and around his mother’s practice, Dr. Andrew Levin joined the practice in 2020. So when we say you’re joining our family, it is more than just lip service, it’s smile service!

Andrew Levin, D.D.S. M.S.D
BACKGROUND:
Andrew Levin was born and raised in Huntington Beach. After attending Smith Elementary School and Dwyer Middle School, he spent his high school years at Huntington Beach High School. Andrew then completed his undergraduate education at UCLA, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Science.
In 2012 he began his dental education at the UCLA School of Dentistry. Upon graduating Magna Cum Laude, he obtained his certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Additionally, Dr. Levin is a board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is thrilled to be serving the public in his hometown. Dr. Levin strives to stay up to date with the latest technology and advancements in the field of Orthodontics, and regularly attends training and continuing education programs. FUN FACTS:
Andrew has been married to his college sweetheart Melissa since 2016, and they have a son. They enjoy exploring nature, hiking, and spending time with their extended families.

Patrice S. Punim, D.M.D.
BACKGROUND:
Dr. Patrice Punim has been delivering outstanding orthodontic care since 1981. She attended the University of Rochester for her undergraduate education and received her Doctor of Medical Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dentistry in Boston.
Dr. Punim then completed a general practice residency at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center in New York City and her orthodontic residency at the UCLA School of Dentistry. She is a member of many professional organizations including the American Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.
FUN FACTS:
In her spare time, she enjoys golf, cooking, and playing the viola.
